What it does
Edaflow runs the sense, decide, actuate loop that keeps a site on spec, temperature, moisture and aeration monitored in real time, with automatic corrections. LiDAR and cameras generate work instructions for drivers automatically, keeping site overheads to a minimum.
Every load in and out, and the energy used to process it, gets logged for quality and LCA reporting. Combining all these parameters optimises process speed, for the fastest throughput at the highest quality.
Proven on our own sites first
Edaflow isn't a concept. It runs our own composting site in Portugal today, guiding operators through daily tasks, routes, and vehicle checks from a handheld device.
Licensing across the basin
The Mediterranean basin holds far more by-product than Edafos could ever process alone. We're not trying to operate every site across it.
Instead, we're proving Edaflow on our own sites first, then licensing the platform and facility design to other operators, so they can reach the same operating standard without years of trial and error.
